02 | DIACO Approach: Full Project Lifecycle Management

DIACO’s operating model is based on the integrated management of the complete project lifecycle, beginning with initial requirements analysis and continuing through engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales support. This approach enables the client to work with a single specialized and accountable partner throughout the project rather than coordinating multiple suppliers and contractors. Integrated project management improves control over quality, schedule, technical coordination, and execution risks. The result is a structured and traceable process from the initial concept to long-term operation.

03 | Engineering, Studies & Solution Design

Before selecting equipment, DIACO evaluates the project from both technical and operational perspectives. Environmental conditions, installation geometry, screen dimensions, viewing distance and angle, ambient brightness, structural requirements, electrical infrastructure, networking, ventilation, maintenance access, and operational requirements are considered during the engineering stage. Based on these studies, the appropriate Pixel Pitch, display architecture, mechanical structure, control system, power infrastructure, and required supporting systems are defined. The objective is not simply to select a suitable product, but to engineer a solution that is optimized for the actual conditions of the project.

DIACO maintains a dedicated office and operational infrastructure in China, providing direct access to the international LED display manufacturing and supply ecosystem. This presence enables closer communication with manufacturers, direct follow-up of purchase orders, product and sample evaluation, production coordination, quality monitoring, and logistics management. The direct presence also provides greater flexibility in sourcing and reduces unnecessary dependence on multiple intermediaries. This infrastructure represents an important part of DIACO’s international supply-chain capabilities and supports both domestic projects and future international business development.

06 | Procurement Control, Inspection & Quality Management

DIACO’s quality-control process begins at the sourcing stage and continues throughout procurement, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and final delivery. Technical specifications, product quality, physical condition, order conformity, and, where required, equipment performance are verified before products are released for project use. This process allows potential discrepancies to be identified before equipment reaches the installation site. The objective is to prevent supply-chain risks from being transferred to the project site and to improve confidence in the quality and reliability of the final system.

07 | Warehousing & Inventory Management

DIACO utilizes warehousing and inventory-management capabilities to maintain selected equipment, components, and spare parts required for project execution and after-sales support. Effective inventory management helps reduce procurement lead times, improve project responsiveness, and provide faster access to critical components. Inventory planning can cover both major equipment and essential consumables and spare parts required for maintenance and service operations. This capability is particularly valuable for projects with strict delivery schedules or high operational availability requirements.

08 | Manufacturing, Assembly & Customization

In addition to equipment sourcing, DIACO has the capability to design, manufacture, assemble, and customize LED display systems according to specific project requirements. The process may include cabinet design, module integration, internal power distribution, control-system integration, mechanical fabrication, and system assembly. DIACO can support both standard display configurations and customized solutions, including curved, architectural, creative, and application-specific display structures. This capability enables the final solution to be adapted to the architectural, technical, and operational requirements of each project.

09 | Quality Control & Technical Testing

Quality assurance is an integral part of DIACO’s project delivery methodology and is implemented throughout sourcing, manufacturing, assembly, factory testing, installation, and final acceptance. Depending on project requirements, technical evaluations may include image quality, brightness, color uniformity, system control, power-supply performance, communication, and overall system functionality. For applicable projects, FAT – Factory Acceptance Test and SAT – Site Acceptance Test procedures can be implemented. This structured approach helps identify and resolve potential issues before final handover and operational acceptance.

10 | Project Execution & Commissioning

DIACO defines project execution beyond the physical installation of display equipment. Installation activities may include structural installation, cabinet mounting, electrical systems, control equipment, cabling, networking, image configuration, calibration, and system integration. Following installation, the complete system undergoes commissioning and functional verification. Each major subsystem is evaluated to ensure proper operation before the system is handed over. The objective is to deliver a fully operational digital display solution rather than simply a collection of installed components.

11 | Comprehensive Digital Display Solutions

DIACO’s solution portfolio covers a broad range of professional digital display applications, including Indoor and Outdoor LED displays, Fine Pitch LED, corporate video walls, architectural LED displays, Curved LED systems, and creative digital display structures. Technology selection is based on application requirements, viewing distance, environmental conditions, image-quality expectations, operating conditions, and lifecycle considerations. This approach enables DIACO to provide solutions for corporate environments, industrial facilities, commercial developments, advertising applications, architectural projects, and mission-critical control environments.

12 | Software Development & Dedicated Diaco CMS

A key capability of DIACO is the development of its dedicated Diaco CMS platform for digital display management and operation. The platform provides capabilities for content management, scheduling, multi-display control, user management, remote operation, and system monitoring. As the software is developed and maintained within DIACO’s technology ecosystem, it can be customized and further developed according to specific organizational requirements. The platform can also be designed to integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, management dashboards, and smart infrastructure where required.

13 | Hardware, Software & Infrastructure Integration

DIACO approaches the display system as an integrated technological platform rather than a collection of independent products. LED displays, control systems, networking infrastructure, software, and supporting systems can be engineered to operate as a coordinated solution. This integration helps reduce compatibility issues, simplify troubleshooting, improve operational control, and support future expansion. For multi-display environments, centralized management and monitoring can also be implemented, allowing multiple display points to operate as part of a unified digital display infrastructure.

14 | Customized Solutions & Special Projects

Not every project can be effectively addressed through standard products. DIACO therefore provides engineering and development capabilities for customized applications where conventional display configurations may not meet architectural or technical requirements. These projects may include curved displays, architectural surfaces, creative structures, non-standard geometries, three-dimensional concepts, and application-specific display systems. For such projects, mechanical, electronic, visual, and installation requirements are evaluated together. DIACO can therefore support clients from the initial concept and engineering stage through to final implementation.

15 | Corporate, Industrial & Infrastructure Projects

DIACO provides digital display solutions for corporate organizations, industrial facilities, control rooms, monitoring centers, crisis rooms, commercial developments, meeting rooms, management environments, and other professional applications. In such environments, system reliability, centralized management, serviceability, accessibility, security, and scalability are considered alongside image quality. The proposed architecture is developed according to the operational importance and specific requirements of each facility. The objective is to create a reliable digital display infrastructure suitable for continuous and long-term operation.
